Today there were not a lot of holidays to choose from, but I am Thankful for that--because it's international Thank-You day!!!
As an American, I feel as though I have just celebrated my thankfulness, back in November so I have tried to thing of some international things I am thankful for--and most of them are food items like: hummus, sushi, Korean BBQ, felafel, and lots of other ethnic foods. What are you thankful for today?
